Opened in October 2001 by Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Gloucester GCVO, Ruth Patrick House was designed to provide high mobility accommodation that can be adapted to suit the needs of persons with varying abilities.
All eight flats are large enough for two person occupation and the communal facilities of Mason House are very close. Security is regarded as a priority and there is a system of television surveillance of the grounds.
