Mason House was built in 1972 with an extension added in 1978. It provides a very high standard of accommodation with a total of fifty flats, eight are large enough for double occupation, 42 are either single bedroom or bedsit type.
Bedroom Kitchen Lounge
A manager is on site during normal working hours to ensure the efficient running of the accommodation and a 24hr emergency call system is installed for any urgent problems outside of these hours.
Maintenance and decoration work is carried out by the Trust and we also provide curtains, cookers and refrigerators. Apart from these items residents may furnish their flat to their own requirements.
There is also a laundry, dining room, communal lounge and a guest room for the use of residents' family and friends.
