Set in very private grounds shared with Alexandra Court, Alexandra House and Jubilee Court, Mason Court has 7 double flats and 35 for single occupation. Each flat has its own separate kitchen and bathroom and is totally self-contained.
Kitchen Lounge Bedroom
Every flat has its own kitchen and bathroom. Some flats also have a separate bedroom the rest are of a bedsit type. Although the Trust maintains and decorates the accommodation to the highest standard, residents furnish their flats to their own requirements.
Communal facilities include a large lounge and dining hall which is used for a very full programme of social events and guest rooms for the use of residents' family and friends. There is a laundry with coin operated washing and drying machines available for residents
A 24hr emergency call system is installed and security on the whole site is regarded as a priority with a system of television surveillance of the grounds.
The Trust's administrative offices are also based here.
