This housing with care development has been built to provide non institutional accommodation for elderly people who although not quite able to cope by themselves, are able to lead reasonably independent lives with some support.
Consisting of 20 small flats, each with its own front door, toilet and kitchenette and communal facilities of lounge, dining room and conservatory. There are four specially equipped bathrooms. Within the standard weekly charge, three meals are provided daily and all cleaning and laundry is included.
